FAQ Returns and Exchanges

How do I submit a return?

How will I get my store credit?
Your store credit will be sent to your email after your return has been received and processed. Processing time can take 1-3 business days.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Since we can't guarantee sizes will be available we do not do exchanges. However, you will be issued store credit which then can be used to order the item in another size. Basically the same thing as an exchange!

Can I return swimwear?
Swim is eligible for return as long as the hygienic liner is intact. When we receive swim returns the item will be washed and given a new hygienic liner before going back on the shelf. 

Can I return sale items?
All marked down sale items are final sale.

How long after I receive my order do I have to return?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Have you received my return?
Please check your tracking number to see if your return has delivered, if so processing time can take 1-3 business days. If you haven't heard from us after that please reach back out through email.
